Can anyone give me any information on the company, Bankers Healthcare group? The BBB states they have an A+ rating, however, they have had 22 complaints within the past 36 months and their current star rating is only 1. That to me does not sound like an A+ business. I have also read information online that this could possibly be a scam and/or cost the our company and very large upfront fee. Any information would be appreciated.Sincerely,Arline

As with all companies, there will always be disgruntled customers who file complaints but more importantly it is how a company responds and resolves those complaints.Yes they have had 22 complaints in the past 36 months, however it appears all complaints have been addressed accordingly. Part of being a member of the BBB is to unhold proper business ethics. Nothing in report indicates a pattern of unscrupulous complaints or bait and switch practices.
