Hi is anyone else aware of MerchSource LLC selling Sarah Peyton Pottery Fountains with a warning of this fountain has chemicals known to California that cause cancer, birth defects & other reproductive harm? And how do they get away with it . I received
one as a Valentine gift. Thanks

Eagle, I think they get away with it by putting that warning on it. Plain and simple. If it has a warning you are choosing to use or not use at your own risk, and the business cannot be liable.

I called the Co. & they said what it was it had a small amount of Resin to hold the plastic together. It would be harmful if ingested. Think how many things at kid level has it ? Kids these days in a hurry don't stop to read . Thanks
