Dilks & Knopik, LLC claims that they can recover unclaimed funds that are due to me. All I am required to do is to sign the enclosed paperwork, print my name, give my phone number, email address and date the paper. This information is to be faxed to (877) 209- 8249. They will keep 25% of the unclaimed funds/property.

Has anyone else received a letter like this? What was the outcome?

Did anyone ever get their money from Dilks & Knopik LLC? The letter says I have $1800 from a property I bought and sold last year but can't be found in the State Unclaimed Property. They take 25% of the check. I've called escrow and they said there wasn't any other checks issued to me. Just wondering if I can find on my own and if anyone's used them?
