I believe there are about 2000 victims to this scam. I have been on every call since Sept of 2010 and every week its a new excuse coming from Terri. All we actually know is that she raked in a lot of members monies, what we do not know is if she is really in a trade, because of her always giving excuses week after week. If she is really on a trade, then her broker or platform that she claims to be dealing with are bogus. Or Terri is the bogus, one or the other. Terri also claims that you can always get a refund, however you need to hound her for that refund and she takes forever to refund. I do know of some that have received a refund and I know of others that have waited for weeks. She does claim that your will be refunded promptly, but you find yourself emailing her every week or trying to reach her by phone and she will not answer. I have heard her say to please not call her, as you block the line for the broker/trader. Sure if you want to believe that!! No broker/trader would be calling you 24/7 to keep you informed especially if they are not wanting to pay Terri. And that is only if what Terri is telling is true. We have yet to prove that she is really in a trade, As she denied to show proof of bank statements. No legitimate person that has taken 1/2 a million dollars 2x from members would ever deny showing you proof of where the money went. That just shows that Terri is not an honest person and has scammed 2000 members of there money. On the last conference call, she claimed to have received a tracking number for arrival of a package from the trader/broker. However that package did NOT arrive. Is Terri saying that the tracking number received from what ever company lied to her about the arrival date? I have worked with UPS, DHL, USPS and fed ex and they don't lie. Is Terri lying? Yes she is. Terri has lied to us from day one. As to my understanding Terri is being sued by one of her members. Terri has also been turned over to authorities and FBI. If Terri thinks that she can get away with this, how wrong she is. Most likely she is thinking NO one can touch her, as she herself claimed that FBI did not want to do any thing with John and Geo saying that the claim was too small. However Terri has taken in more money and yes, the FBI is interested in looking at this case. As of today she has posted in the website: Copy and paste below. The package has not arrived yet.
