Sandy, If you're referring to William Goodrich in New York, you should complain to the New York State Bar. You should also apply for relief from the victims fund. Sandy, I think we have been scammed. I live in MS. paid the same amount as you have, I do know that the mortgage company has reviewed my submission and denied it. I plan on trying to work with my mortgage company myself. I talked to an Indian Guy Named Charlie Shaw contact number is 1-866-563-9181. He was supposedly working my case. I have called and called but I only get the Processing Center. The message says they will return my call within one business day. Been over 3 weeks since I have heard from them. The last time I talked to Charlie he stated that I was supposed to close out last week. Boy was that a Joke or what. Bill M. I know you are trying to help, but with the average Joe going to the website that you listed for help "I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY" but I need to be one. I barely graduated from high school in 1971. I tried it, but to no avail, I was lost.
