Is Delray Credit Counseling a reliable company w/re to debt mgmt/consolidation services?

I need to know if Delray Credit Counseling is a reliable, validated company w/re to debt management. Have recently signed with them, but have no real knowledge of their history. Would be very helpful as I do not want to get caught up in a scam. Heard from this business via internet, so you understand my hesitation.

While we are sure your contributions to the Trustlink Community are well intended, your comments about Delray Credit Counseling are inaccurate and unfounded. First off Delray Credit Counseling IS a 501(c)(3) NON-PROFIT organization. We ARE a credit counseling agency. As a BBB Expert I am sure you would agree it's how a business handles complaints not the number of complaints they have. The 94 complaints filed at the BBB are over a 36 months period, which averages less than 3 per month. Our complaints are less than 1 percent of the clients we serve. In the future, we encourage you to get the facts straight before you impart your opinion.
