Company Rating B-
Our opinion of what this rating means:
A good rating that still implies reputability. The rating may relate to length of time in business, a past problem that’s been corrected, or something else that does not cause problems for consumers. We believe a company with this rating would generally conduct business and respond to any complaints satisfactorily.

This company has had 0 complaints within the last 36 months.

The Federal Trade Commission does not look favorably debt settlement operators. Most consumers state that their debts were not negotiated.Consumers were told to stop making payments, and the result is that they're in worse shape than when they started. Many are sued and are forced to file bankruptcy to rid themselves of the lawsuitsCheck out www.nfcc.org to be connected to a local accredited agency as well as "Debt Settlement Consumer Alert”- national hotline 800-388-2227. The Federal Trade Commission issued a press release on July 30th : http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2009/07/tsr.shtm that you may way to check out along with the following article. http://www.nfcc.org/NewsRoom/newsreleases/files09/DebtSettlement.pdf

I have been enrolled with the program a few months and have had great success and customer service, always available and helpful. I recently got a settlement with wells at 20% and another at 40%. The company really offers alot that most other companies do not, they offer money back guarantees, credit restoration, and good rating with bbb with no complaints. I did alot of research before I made a decision and they really offered alot most companies did not even compare.

I'm with you micheal t.

I have been enrolled with the program with this company for a few months and so far I am very happy with them. They have an A rating with BBB. The adviser I am working with is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I did alot of homework prior to joining and researched this company immensely. They are very reputable.
I am not sorry I have resorted to this program for credit settlement at all. I look forward to being debt free in a very short time period.

When I first started to deal with Financial Security Inc. they told me everything I wanted to hear. Don't answer the phone when debtors call and foreward them all corespondence from debtors. After paying them a few thousand dollars to enroll in their program I recieved a court summons and they told me I had to go. When I asked them for advice they sent me a form relieving them from any responsibility for their advice. If you are in trouble deal with the people yourself and save your money, or use the money you would be sending for their 'services' to pay off your debt. If you wait to long and rely on Financial Security Inc. to solve your problems all you are doing is digging your own grave. The longer you wait the worse it will be in the long run. Wells Fargo and Capital One once I talked to them myself gave me low payments and no interest. They also told me they would reduce my debt to 40% when I get on my feet and asked me why I didn't talk to them myself. I almost ended up in court on a hospital bill and with Discover Card (who are the worse to deal with if you wait too long). All you are doing by letting them do what you can do for yourself is incuring court costs, attorney fees, and late fees by not talking to your debtors yourself. I really hope this helps someone and wish I knew now before I got involved with these people, all I did was give them a few thousand dollars for something I should have done myself from the start instead of giving them money to ignore my problems.

Me and my husband talk to them yesterday and it sounds great but with all scams and things going around I'm afraid that this might be a sick trick again to rip you off so if somone has some positive feedback that would be Awesome if they helped you get rid of your credit card debt?!
