I'm going through a lot of heartache concerning a timeshare. I was hoping that Transfer America could help take it out of my hands. Is there anybody who has dealt with this company that has faith in there commitments to do right by their clients. Dale

Hi Dale,

Transfer America is a legitimate company. They arrange for their company to purchase timeshares, thus ending the continuing liability for common area charges. Unlike a conventional sale, though, you pay them a fee to take ownership of the unit. This seems counter intuitive, but as you probably know, there's no secondary market for timeshares and therefore there are few alternatives other than continuing to pay.

The company has an A rating with the BBB in LA and is an Accredited Business. They have received no complaints against them. You can access their report above by clicking on 'View BBB report'.
