Is this company still in business. I placed a order on 11/23/11 and paid for it then. The last email I got was on 12/22/11 and they said it was going to ship in a week. I have been emailing, calling, and sending inquiries through the website for 3 weeks & have not heard anything, nor is the answering machine even on?
