Linda,

I was not able to locate any information on 123 debtsolutions. Do you have their contat information or their website? Please advise and perhaps I may locate the appropriate agency for you to follow up with a complaint.

In the meantime, I suggest you contact your credit card company and file a dispute.

Hi Linda,

Liverpool is located in England, which is a red flag right off the bat. Usually you should refrain from doing business with an overseas company when it comes to this sort of transaction. I would also suggest contacting your CC company ASAP and disputing the charge.
