When you were told that you were doing an excellant and that the company was lucky to have you, was that a performance review? I do not have any legal background, just thinking that if it was a performance review, you may have a copy of that review, which MAY help you if you were to file a suit.

If I were you, I would see if you could find a lawyer that will give you a phone consultation for a free or low price, to evaluate the situation and see if you have anything substantial to build a case on. Good Luck to you

As per my knowledge, they are still in business but there are no update from there side.
