what to do about hidden charges found on refi at closing from The Griddd?

The GRIDDD, Inc, illegally charged me hidden fees on my "NO Cost Refi" last year. After identifying those charges, I tried to contact them via phone and a certified letter, but they wouldn't respond. The owner, Jon Shibley, has been taken to court for
several lending violations, even filing bankrupcy to rid himself of debt and changed the names of his company several times over the years,. Is there anything that I can do? A word of advise: always make sure to use a reputable lending company as you refinance,
don't use The Griddd.

Small claims court may be your best option.

And you probably want to write a review about them. Doing so may encourage them to contact you and make good on their promise.
