Hi m p,

The company does have an A+ rating with the BBB in LA as well as no complaints filed within the last three years. Have you tried calling a HUD-approved nonprofit housing counselor? You can speak with a certified counselor by calling 888-995-4673. They can evaluate your housing options, open lines of communication with mortgage lenders, negotiate a loan modification, and help you with household budgeting, all at no cost.

Also, check out the "loan modification" tagged questions here on this forum by clicking on the Popular Tags to the left.

Good luck!

No one wants to get ripped off and it's prudent to always do your due diligence before forking over your hard earned devalued cash. Check out Rip-off Report first!
