They are making claims that aren't scientifically backed, thus I would say to avoid it.

The Green Coffee Bean (and Extract, or pill) craze gain alot of attention when it was on the Dr. Oz show. People did state that they lost weight of approximately 2-3 pounds a week. Apparently you take it 30 minutes prior to a meal. The Dr. Oz show really boosts any thing that is on his show. I would do a little more research myself, as well as ask my doctor if it is something he/she would recommend. Good luck, and let us know how everything turns out!
