Tina, Stay diligent. Looks to me like you are doing all the right things. Everything I would do. I don't know much about Ken Michaels other than what I found on the Internet. The only other thing I can think of that you might look into is checking with the Attorney General :http://oag.ca.gov/ (Hopefully you are in CA). Don't give up. The Attorney General's office might already be working on a case. Good luck!

If Ken Michaels is an attorney go right to the Bar Association in the state where he practices law.
