Has anyone heard or had any experience with Bella Homes llc. It is a national mortgage buyer. Not the home builders. They have a website at bellahomesllc.net This seems to be one of those too good to be true. Not sure it is legit. Kinda Leary. Please give me some input.

Bella Homes LLC is a legitimate Company.
Bella Homes, LLC is the result of a collaboration of some of the best legal minds in the nation and is founded upon the fundamental principal that FAMILIES, NOT BANKS, SHOULD OWN HOMES.
We proudly stand out as an ethical and legitimate alternative to those less credible companies whose predatory tactics do nothing but exploit the homeowner's financial predicament.
Here are some really GREAT articles....

In today's economy many of us are facing a reality where - we owe more
than our homes are worth. Sound familiar? Many of our friends, family
and neighbors are suffering due to the burden and stress of this
foreclosure pandemic.
This financial trouble is causing so many issues in homes across America.
The financial burden of what was once the American Dream, home ownership
is now an unrelenting nightmare for so many of us. This crisis is affecting
us financially, emotionally and yes, even physically.
Good News... The banks are being exposed day by day of the tremendous
fraud perpetuated against the homeowner, and we're learning that homeowners
do have rights and possible remedies. The banks are also concerned about
the negative impact on their bottom-line of the millions of homeowners
being forced out of their homes.
Bad News... To go up against the banks is a major undertaking for individual
homeowners. The financial institutions are just that. "Institutions" with
unlimited money, lobbyists, politicians and what they believe is the law,
because they have made the rules in their favor.
Solution... I've found a company that has a core belief that
"People Not Banks Should Own Homes". Unlike many other companies,
this company meets ALL State and Federal Laws, having been in business
since January, 2010, assisting 300+ financially distressed home-owners
stay in their homes.
Unique Concept... This Company is unlike any company that I've seen
in the market, with a very unique concept that meets all state and
federal laws. Their intention is not to throw the institutional

It is not helpful when people post replies that try to drive business to their own websites. This person is obviously a rep for Bella Homes so she cannot give an unbiased answer as to their effectiveness. I have been researching this company and I cannot find one person who went through the program successfully or unsuccessfully, so I cannot give an opinion. I would love to know if anyone out there has used this company and what their experience is/was.

I am a Consumer Advocate, Talk Radio Show Host, Lecturer and Author. In order to prevent consumers from being scammed by illegitimate and dishonest people, I have devoted the past 12 years to evaluating and testing the efficacy of companies and firms who offer debt and mortgage relief services.
I want to clarify that I am not an affiliate, associate, agent, representative, employee, etc. of Bella Homes or any other mortgage relief company/firm.
I invite you to review my findings relative to Bella Homes at bellahomesscam.com.

Please join me in stopping the perpetrators of this SCAM. Please note that in ALL of Doug Johnson's links on the internet (and other resellers like him) it ends up referring you to a reseller...Well now, THAT sounds nice and neutral! NOT! Sue K (or anyone else) - if you private message me I'll send you a lot of information that I found that had me RUNNING the other way. Luckily I did NOT submit any leaseback deals to the Bella program and was able to get out before I made that HORRIBLE mistake! Of course there is a barrage of resellers out there ready to pounce on those of us who have something negative to say (we're affecting their potential short term income!!) - but if you are seriously interested to hear some VERY telling FACTS (facts that you can confirm for yourself) - then PM me and I'll share with you for you to confirm for yourself!!

I hope readers will appreciate this add-on note: I found this post this morning from another site and it is so well written and summarizes what I've been sending to folks that have PM'd me that I'm re-posting it here for everyone to read. Frankly I'm willing to go out on a limb and say that anyone challenging what this poster wrote is either extremely gullible OR has some spurious motivation. The clues are out there for everyone to see - the goal of Bella and their reseller Real Funding partners ("RFP") (in my HUMBLE opinion) is to collect monthly fees from their resellers and monthly "lease" payments from desperate homeowners...with NO intention what-so-ever to buy and sell back homes for desperate underwater homeowners.
Please consider this as your strongest warning to do the right thing and stay away from this miserable program!
Here's the Post.............................
Kirk here's the truth. There are no companies that can facilitate this transaction. Notes are not bought and sold as individual entities especially having gone through the convoluted securitization process. The strategy is flawed from beginning to end. What this means is that you are working with someone who is intentionally ripping you off or you're working with someone who is dangerously over confident and under informed. I know personally, several major bulk NPN and PN buyers and their companies across the country and they over the past year have been laying off staff in huge numbers because the market for notes has frozen. The issue is that investors are no longer willing to accept the banks suggestion that they are only selling a small portion of their inventory and only the worst of the notes are being sold at these typical market discounts. The investors are wising up to the fact that either a much larger percentage of the banks inventory is flawed or the bank is selling to fudge accounting structures or to benefit friends thus the market for NPN's has suffered significantly in the past 18mos. Using Bellas, and RFP program they suggest that via a lawsuit they will engage the bank and force them to sell off the asset at deep discounts which will allow them to then resell the home to the homeowner. They say you will be protected via the PTAFA since you are a tenant which is blindly untrue. If they had taken the time to read the single page outline of qualifications they would recognize that not only do they need to be charging market value for rent but in addition homeowners won't quality because they are not at ARM's length to the transaction. The lawsuits are cut and pasted and are so pathetic that you can hear the judge roll his/her eyes any time Bella is mentioned and it will unfortunately not end in success. Their claim that they can't be ripping people off because they don't charge any fees is so mind numbingly ridiculous I hate to even mention it but the truth is that they are collecting rent payments from a homeowner while the natural foreclosure pro

(My last post was too long - here is the balance of the poster's note regarding the Bella program:)............"while the natural foreclosure process runs it's course, there is a huge profit line in that strategy. In the end, they can't and won't help and the very fact that they sucker in drones who regurgitate the ridiculous claims to clients is pathetic and sad. They will never save a home. IMHO."

Update: I am personally in touch with the US Attorney's Office. Please PM me immediately if you have been defrauded by Bella Homes. They would like to hear from you as soon as possible....
To those who are still making ridiculous claims about how Bella Homes is "legit" - I think you need to be looking around the corner to when you may be hearing from a US Attorney Investigator....'NUFF SAID!
