I wasn't able to find anything about this with any of the BBB's, but I looked online and it seems that you're not the only one this has happened to. According to what I have found, the perfume is only sent to you for a 10 day trial period. If you do not return the item within 10 days, they charge you $95. I'm sure this was not made clear at the time of sign up, and some other consumers I saw also received knock off perfumes. I would definitely contact your bank, make them aware of this and dispute the charge.

I also was tricked and sent a awful smelling knock off that could be mistaken for rubbing alcohol. I am now in the process of returning the item- at my expense for a refund of the $95 they charged my account.

I too was fooled and upon receiving the perfume and saw no disclaimer or time limit for acceptance. Only a cut off piece of paper with the email address for "support@embracedolce.com" The offer was enjoy a sample of perfume before market placement for $1.00 and $4.99 for postage and handling. The terms were after 10days you would be billed $95.00 for the product and enrolled in a service "subscription" to continue receiving once a month the next fragrance and being billed $95.00. It is imperative you call and cancel their offer as soon as you are aware of it.
I am 30days beyond a refund because I didn't respond within 10days or return the product (unbeknown to me I had to)
Yes, I learned the hard way.
