the best way is to do a trial by written declaration. this a way to contest your traffic ticket without going to court. it's been around since 1978 and this option is on the back of every ticket. if you win no point on your record and the ticket is dismissed. if you lose you can request a new trial and still go to court to contest your tickets. this way you actually get 2 chances to fight your ticket or 2 bites at the apple. there are many companies that specialize in providing this service for you if you look online.
