INKJET MADNESS AKA INKGRABBERS.COM WILL NOT STAND BEHIND IT'S PRODUCT. I HAD A COPY OF COLOR CARTRIDGES THAT WERE DEFECTIVE. THEY SENT ME RETURN ENVELOPES TO SEND THE PRODUCTS BACK TO THEM. WHICH I DID, DID NOT GET ANY REPLIES. I CALLED, THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD THROWN THE CARTRIDGES AWAY. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. BOUGHT CARTRIDGES FROM THEM, BUT WAS TOLD IT WASN'T THEIR PROBLEM. I SHOULD CONTACT DELL. I WOULD'VE GIVEN THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS IF THE SYSTEM HAD LET ME!
