I ordered a dog door and wall kit online. Both were indicated to be in stock and shipped the next day. I ordered upgraded shipping to have the order quick for a week off of work to work around the house.
A week later nothing arrived and there was no word from the company. I called to find out what was happening, the CS rep told me one of the items was back ordered and would be shipping any day. She offered no help or other solution to help me. Bad CS rep!
Now I have the time to install but no product. I am not sure what I will do with my dogs. I might have to board them somewhere.
I am not happy with this company and will never shop with them again. I highly encourage others to avoid these people.

Hello,
I am very shocked at Daniel's remarks. I am very proud of my Customer Service staff and I would like to respond to his review, but I cannot locate a Daniel M in my records. That is not enough information to find his order. I have pulled up all my records for the last 6 weeks that shipped air and I did not see a single customer named Daniel M.
I am asking for this customer to give me more information so I can look up the order and see what happened or maybe find out that he has the wrong company. A customer number, or better yet, an invoice number which are 6 digits beginning with a 19.
Thank you for the oppotunity to straighten this out.

I did a lot of shopping around for a pet door, and took a look at friends' pet doors. None of them satisfied me that they would be truly weatherproof and keep the cold out (as well as the heat, the bugs, etc). Then I saw the Patio Pacific Endura Flap pet door and it was just SO much better than any pet door that I ordered one immediately. I've not been disappointed. It does a fabulous job of keeping out the cold. This past winter in the upper midwest really put it to the test, and it passed with flying colors. I have the largest one they currently make, (has to fit my greyhounds and borzoi), and I have the double flap model. It took a couple of weeks for my dogs to learn to use it, but now that they do, they love using it. I can hold my hand in front of this pet door, and no matter how hard the wind is blowing, I can't feel any draft inside at all. My friends have lesser pet doors (and one was even more expensive than mine!) and an obvious breeze is noticable inside the house. Plus, they've paid a lot of money to replace flaps. The endura flap has a 15 year warranty, and since it's on a hinge rather than having to flex, I don't anticipate it breaking any time soon. I am absolutely thrilled with my pet door, and was very glad that I waited until the Endura Flap model was developed. Alan Leathers at Patio Pacific was wonderful about answering my many questions, and gave very detailed, honest answers. This is a reputable company. No affiliation - just a very happy customer in NW Illinois. Mary Hill
