To Whom It May Concern:
My family & I moved from West Los Angeles to Big Bear Lake, CA at the end of September 2009. While we have moved several times before, this was a big move for us, so we called several moving companies and got six different estimates. Four came to the house to do an inventory and two were phone estimates only. Two nationally known moving companies sent out estimators, and the two other companies sent out estimator/movers. The phone estimates were lower, but we felt they were fishy and discounted them. The “Big Name” movers were really overpriced, so that left Elite Moving and Storage and another company.
There was no contest! In the end, Elite Moving and Storage did all the packing and the move for us for less than any other bids by over $1,000 and it was obvious that Tony the Estimator/Manager of the move knew exactly what he was talking about. He answered all of our questions and quelled our fears. Even Gilli, the office person was warm and helpful.
They day prior to the move, Tony, William, Nato & Francisco arrived on time to pack up most of our belongs and pack them onto the truck. They were fast and labeled all the boxes, which made unpacking a breeze. The day of the move, Tony came back with Francisco and Nato and they packed our beds and any straggling items onto the truck and we all headed to Big Bear Lake.
When we arrived, the men unpacked the truck, set up the beds, opened all the crates, and even shuffled some items around for us more than once. They were fast, and very nice. My 3 ½ year old even trailed Tony around during most of the unpacking and while he set up her bed and unpacked her furniture. He was very kind to her!
The best part is that not one item was broken on a 28 ft. truck that was packed floor to ceiling. The service was really top notch and the price was by far the best.
We highly recommend Elite Moving and Storage for any move. They are dependable and we will use them again.

I wanted to let you know it was a pleasure working with Eliite from start to finish. I had to do a small but very personally valuable move from Los Angeles to Boston Massachusetts. My move contained family heirlooms and a pool table. I was very concerned about moving it across country. I had met with Tony the appraiser and felt very comfortable using your company. He was very professional and personable. I was also very much at ease after speaking with you. What I really likes is there was no hidden fees. My quote was the quote.
Once I confirmed the move date, with you. it really rolled very smoothly. Everything was just as you said. No problems. The men who packed us up in LA, were excellent! My Grandmother said "they packed like everything it was diamonds" We felt great about the cross country trip. Once They arrived in MA, I received a phone call from the guys who were going to deliver. They were on time too. The delivery was very easy as well. They again were very professional and personable. Two qualities that I like. Overall I felt Elite was a great company to move with and if necessary I would use them again.
Finally there are so many moving choices and I did look at quite a few companies to do this move for us. I felt most comfortable with Elite.
Their pricing was very competitive as well. Pricing was not my key decision, I had very valuable merchandise to be moved across country.
Getting it there perfectly was my main concern. Elite put that to rest.

ON OCTOBER 22, 2009 , I USED YOUR SERVICES FOR THE SECOND TIME IN THE SAME YEAR TO MOVE. I WOULD LIKE TO LET THE MANAGEMENT KNOW THAT THE FIRST TIME I NEEDED TO MOVE WAS APRIL 27, 2009 AND I WAS VERY NERVOUSE BUT YOUR MOVERS MADE IT SO EASY AND PLEASANT FOR ME AND MY FAMILY, THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK AND EFFICIENT. Hi Gilli,
I just used your moving service this past Sunday and I would like to thank you for sending over the guys that you sent. They were very professional and very hard workers. I have used movers before, and I have never seen 2 guys work as hard and as fast as them.

Elite Moving and Storage handled 3 separate moves for us at Maryknoll Fathers & Brothers in Los Angeles. The office staff was knowledgeable, efficient and always promptly returned our phone calls, a customer service that’s hard to find these days! The movers themselves arrived on time, carefully wrapped all the furnishings, moving quickly from room to room. We were amazed at how hard they worked. I would recommend Elite Moving and Storage to anyone looking for quality and reasonably priced moving services.

We had an excellent experience with Elite Moving. Gilli was wonderful on the phone and helped us work out the schedule and the number of people. We hired 4 guys to move from a 2BR apartment to a 3-story house. Gustavo, Josh, Lupe, and Ruben were all wonderful and extremely professional. Gustavo was the team lead and he explained the costs and process every step of the way, which was great.
We even had them make an extra stop which did not cost us anything extra (just the time). We had hardwood floors in our new house and the guys were very careful during the move and did not cause any damage to our floors or to our items (I was mentally prepared for some nicks here and there, but nothing!) Did I mention that we made them move a lot of heavy items (including a full-size video arcade) to the third floor and they performed admirably.
We would definitely use Elite Moving again and recommend them highly to everyone.

They arrived on time and were very efficient and careful with all of our belongings. I thought the move would take at least five hours…your crew was finished in three! To Whom It May Concern:
I had occasion to utilize the services of Elite Moving and Storage twice last year. The first time involved a pickup of some heavy items that were located out of town and I was not able to be present for the pickup. Not only did the Elite Moving and Storage personnel arrive on time but they were able to meet the contact person, carefully load the items and call me to let me know that all was OK. What great service! Then, the crew called again about 20 minutes prior to their arrival at my delivery address to let me know that they were close by. Once again. everything was very carefully handled. One of the items was a very heavy, old up-right piano. No problem for these guys, whatsoever. They moved it into my temporary residence with no problem. I should also mention that this entire project was accomplished according to their minimum estimate with no added charges. That was very much appreciated.
Following on that positive experience, when it became time to move my household from our temporary abode back to our permanent residence, I did not hesitate to call Gilli at Elite Moving and Storage. Gilli is great at providing customer service and I knew that I was in good hands, once again. She sent out the same crew that had helped me before and again, it was a very positive, hassle-free experience. The crew was very courteous and expeditious and wasted no time in moving all of our furniture and boxes back to our home. As before, they were able to accomplish this move within the minimum time frame with no extra charges.
It should now be obvious that I will call Elite Moving and Storage any time that I have a need for a moving service. I recommend them highly and have already recommended them to my friends.

your guys are amazing! truly amazing. my move was handled with grace, efficiency, and honesty. i never felt more comfortable or pleased with any of my moves before ELITE! the movers were honest, considerate, careful, and polite. most of all, everyone i dealt with at ELITE was respectful and treated me and my belongings with care!

Jonny(the Forman), Moti and Jorge of Elite Moving and Storage moved all of my wordly goods on May 8th. It was an incredibly difficult move and took much longer than I had anticipated. Having only hired three guys, it took them just shy of 12 hours, much longer than what we thought it would take. My new place involved waiting for a freight elevator for each trip, sharing that elevator, plus a long ramp and having to keep an eye on the truck which was parked in an alley. Still, not only did they take excellent care of my "stuff", they maintained a pleasant attitude and worked very hard. In short, they were awesome. Finally, my service from Gilli was excellent. I would recommend this company and specifically this crew to anyone.
