I ordered a couch and was told that we will get our it within 3 weeks. They did not say over 3 weeks, they said within three weeks. Four weeks have gone by and they just called me and told me that the couch will be ready in 3 more weeks. When I protested, before I can even say anything, i get transferred to a voicemail. I left a message, was never called back. I called again and was told to leave another voicemail. I was again never called back. They flat out lied to us knowing full well that the couch would not be ready within the time frame. This place is a ripoff and I would advise anybody reading this to NEVER shop here. You will only meet with disappointment.

Went to buy bedroom furniture. Was quoted a price on the phone, when I got there, they couldn't figure out how they got that price. Should have walked out the door at that moment. Finally haggled the correct price. Then had a huge hassle with financing. Was supposed to be 12 mos. After being approved for the card, salesman tells me it is 6 mos. I would have used my AMEX had I known that. Left with a credit card I didn't need and no furniture. Called their corporate office- they were worse than the salespeople- they tried to sell me more furniture. The salespeople do not know their product- I felt like I was at Shady Eddie's used car lot. Bought the same furniture cheaper, elsewhere with no hassles. I would never, ever step foot in there again!! To top it off, they sent my credit app through twice- I got a decline letter in the mail from the second app. Nice way to do business. Sent a complaint 1 month ago to BBB. Linders has not responded. Buy your furniture anywhere else!!!

We purchased our first bedroom set and bed in October. Everyone was very nice at the store. But when they delivered our furniture the movers chiped our dresser and left the piece on our window seal. So we called to exchange and the customer service was poor! So they exchanged our dresser and one of the movers knocked down a sented glass oil bottle that was on the nightstand. And picked up only the cap. And the oil stained our new bed!! I would not recommend Linders Furniture!!! They are very dishonest!!

The Fullerton Linder's store employee Mark was very helpful. Although it took them two weeks to deliver our furniture, we were willing to wait and were not unhappy with the service we were provided. The problem that we had was when we had to return the couch that we purchased because it did not fit in our home. When we attempted to return the couch (exchanging for another couch in the store, mind you) we were faced with nothing but problems. We were not able to go through the store directly, but instead routed to a customer service department that we had to deal with over the phone. Maryann was very helpful, but the other representatives were very rude and did not fulfill their job description. To serve customers. I spent an entire day on the phone trying to get the exchange completed and most representatives were nothing short of a nightmare to work with. When I asked to speak with a manager I was transferred to her voicemail and never received a call back from her. In short, IF you are planning on buying furniture from Linder's Furniture (which I do not suggest to anyone, even my worst enemies) please make sure that it is exactly what you want and you won't be trying to return it because you will go through the same nightmare that we have gone through.
