This company is also running a website called PublicRecordsNow.com. I attempted to use the site in order to find information so I could obtain a copy of my Birth certificate. When I tried to pay, it gave me an error that my CC information was incorrect, please check it and try again. I did, and got the same error. I then checked my account to see what was wrong, only to find out that they have placed a pending hold on my money twice, obviously the information went through. So I called, only to be told by their representative that any company will hold the money, even if it is a failed charge, and I would have to call my CC company to see if they can get the holds removed. This is a very distrustful company, and I would suggest not using them at all. They claim to be a BBB accredited company on the website, but when I searched for them in the list of BBB accredited companies, I failed to locate them.

THIS .COM SITE CONTAINS SOMEWHAT CORRECT INFORMATION ON PEOPLE. THEY GIVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE YOUR INFORMATION SUPPRESSED YET THE CITY IS LISTED DOES NOT MATCH THE ZIP CODE. LOS ANGELES ZIP CODES ARE 90000 SERIES AND THIS SITE HAS THEIR CONTACT ADDRESS AS 90272. THAT CONCERNS ME.
