I used Grotto for my wine store wine racks and my home wine cellar... AMAZING quality, service, support. They did take a week longer than expected but they were always straight forward about any and all challenges. A few of our friends who have seen our racks/cellar, ended up using Grotto and had the same experience we did. I give them a 4.5 out of 5 stars.

We recently had a custom cabinet and cooling unit designed and installed by Grotto. We only had eight weeks to get this project designed and installed before my husband's birthday party and Ted, our design consultant, made it happen in time and under budget. Our guests at the party thought our new cellar was amazing, and I was very happy with the outcome.

The quality of their product is superb and their sales & customer service representatives were pleasant to work with. I highly recommend their product.

It is not deserving of any stars. Grotto Cellars was the worse experience my wife and I have had with any business, period. They damaged my floor and my furniture; they stonewalled on the work progress; they are rude and misleading; they walked off the job; and they were unlicensed and used unlicensed subcontractors which is against California code. They never finished the work promised and gave us damaged goods and they walked off the job.
