I was so glad when I came across the ABK Soft website; it was like the day I visted the site and the thoughts of what kind of dating site I wanted all came together at the same time. And the fact that it was a affordable product made me even more delighted in knowing that my concept was only a few clicks away from becoming a reality.
At first it took me a couple weeks to make up my mind because I was of course a little skeptical and not sure if I was going to get taken for my money. But one day after the 20th time visiting the site and reading other testimonials, I was convinced and I made my purchase. I am proud to report that this was a very good investment on my part and I thank ABK Soft for making it possible. The best things that I really appreciate is that their customer support is great and they are fast to respond to all of my questions/concerns especially considering that I am a amatuer at programming. Thanks ABK, and I look forward to a long relationship. And yes I recommend ABK Soft to anyone looking to start their own dating site.

This is how it started for me I was shopping around for a long time to start a company on the internet. I am by far from Rich ( with 10 kids) so i thought Hmmm What Good can i do On the internet Well needless to say A Dating service! So i was doing my thing with the search engines went to Everyone of those other Websites, did the math thing they were just way to much for me!
I couldent believe some of them go as much as $1,500 to $2,500 and more with ad ons and upgrades
they didnt come even close to what ABK-Soft offers! ABK-Soft has a great demo so you can get some kinda feel for there Software As well as all the free addons Man it was EZ to work around in Admin panel in the demo and check out the dating demo smooth you will fall in love with it really nice work! Try befor you by is nice! No comes close to Quality & Service As Well As Price I receive from ABK-Soft I mean Really think about it For Under $600.00 with Full contral Over the software and all the free addons that do come with the software With Team of Gurus to boot! Need I Say more?

Please read all reviews so that you understand this company is a scam company. Read all reviews because they will post fake good reviews. There is a reason this company has a "D" rating. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that they are scammers. Just search for "Abledating Scam". You will see it all. They are NOT in America. They are Russian scammers. They blacklist other dating software providers to sell more of their buggy software.

I was trying to learn how to write code in my spare time but my time was so limited that I hardly had time to learn, due to my work schedule. Then I discovered ABK-Soft dating software. Their software did everything and more that I wanted to include in my dating site. I made a small investment of $600 for the software that is worth $1000s. And now I am on my way.
The time it would have taken me to put together a dating website on my own could have taken years. I did it with ABK-Soft in one week. I was able to design my own index and adjust the code for my customized site. I am still woking on it, and to know that the pros at ABK-Soft are there to answer my questions and to help me is a big relief. Thanks ABK-Soft!

Update to our first post, today is 12/28/09.
We have now opened a formal investigation with the FBI here in the U.S. I will be posting the case information within a day or so. If anyone else would like to file a formal complaint please do so. The link to the fbi web site is www.fbi.gov. The agent I spoke to today at the FBI told me once the case is opened, other complaints can be added to the case number. We need to band together to help prevent other people from making the mistakes we made. If anyone else would like to assist us, please contact us through the BBB message reply system and we will get back to you with the specifics.
I also have to comment on how all of a sudden there are 2 good reviews on the website. What a farce. Good try ABK, but the party is over now. We now have law enforcement involved.

The first mistake we made was not coming here and reading the reviews and problems that everyone is experiencing. We purchased their able community software on 12/06/2009. We used the hosting company that they recommended so there would be no issues. ABK installed the software after several weeks of going back and forth with their ridiculous ticket system. The bottom line is that the software does not work as advertised. There are a substantial amount of bugs and problems that are never going to be resolved. The Voice over Ip and the web cam chat do not exist. The 3d city is a joke as one other person wrote. We opened several support tickets and nothing was corrected even after they closed the tickets. Their little trick is to leave the ticket on hold for a few days and then they close it and tell you the problems are resolved. When you go back and start testing the software, the same problems exist. We also learned that their address in California is a fake and that their phone number is disconnected, had we come here first, we would have know this. The only way to contact them is via skype which helps continue to perpetrate the fraud. We have not wasted our time requesting a refund since we now know after coming here and dealing with their processing company, they will not respond to it. We instead took the legal route and stopped the charge with our credit card company. We also have now opened a case with the FBI fraud unit and the U.S. Secret service fraud unit since the address was a fake and the phone number is disconnected. Stay away from this software its terrible and is a scam. We have now put it in the hands of the U.S. Authorities. Their party will soon be over.

Here is my experience with abk-soft.com. I purchased the software for my client and not only did it take 3 days to get the software, all the emails for sales where coming from an IP Address out of Armenia. I should have known this company was owned by a Russian but I had no idea the amount of money I was about to lose. I spent $600 dollars plus $300 dollars for a design that I NEVER got. I called the phone number and I got no response whatsoever from ABK-soft.com. I can't believe that I fell for this. I should have stuck to my guns and ordered from someone else. The software doesn't work, it's encrypted to where I can't even fix it. I can't even bill my customer for this now because it is a dead solution. I'm more than unhappy about this. Paypal won't give me my money back because they said it's digital goods for which they don't give refunds. It's a complete joke. I wish that I had read more about this company before I purchased it. I have contacted the BBB and they have a complaint filed and I sure as hell can't understand why this company has a C+. They are Russian scammers and I'm just beside myself. I've read about this company and it would seem that there are alot of victims out there. I have a warning for the owner of ABK-Soft.com. If I ever find you, you'll wish that you had never ripped me off. That is not a threat. That is a fact and a promise.

On November 6 2009 I purchased Buisness-Space a linkedin clone script from ABK-soft. I installed the software and it was exactly what I was looking for to expand my business resources. On Nov 7th I listed my first ticket on their support system because of an email confirmation issue with the software. I began to test all the features and discovered numerous problems. After approximately 4 days and absolutely no support I requested a refund. I was assured by Mikhail Cherkassky that the problems would be resolved immediately. I agreed and gave them 72 hours to fix the problem. Needless to say the response was short and not helpful and again I requested a status update. I waited another 48 hours with no response and demanded a refund. I was contacted by Gary Collar, I am not even sure that this person is a real person due to all the information that has been revealed on this company. I was not aware of the fact that ABK-soft is a Russian company until it was too late. ABK-soft has ripped me off for $697 and I hope that this information keeps others from being scammed by these THIEVES!
All the positive reviews you read about these guys are fictional and fabricated by their employees or ABK-soft affiliates. Once you start reading the information provided here on the site you will discover how they hide in plain sight to steal your money.

The positive reviews here are a joke. This company ripped me off for $598 dollars and they flat out refuse to refund my money. After 3 days of having it installed, it did not work. 3D city is a joke. It doesn't work. The import feature does not work. Upgrade membership does not work. Templates are distorted and when i ask for support, they put me off and off until I can't get a refund. The have a FAKE California address. They are located in Russia. They only pretend to be in America so they can sell more of their scam. The IP address from sales comes from Russia and one IP coming from Armenia. Where the hell is that? Bottom line is that we can't get our money back and I'm pissed. I want my money back. Don't buy their crappy software. IT's full of bugs and what you see on the demo is not what you get. Also the IM and Chat do not work. You will be chatting with all the other clients that bought their software.

If you require a dating software package, don't bother going to these guys. It does not work properly and they are not willing to help or stay in proper contact to reesolve any faults this a excuse crap excuse of a dating application. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!!!!

I just want to write a review about this company.
On August 1, 2009, I decided to buy this company software. The reason I buy it because of their advertisement of 30 days money back guaranteed policy. Since, I have not log in to download their software, I decided I will not go on buying this software. I immediately contact them to have a refund, then they gave me the run-around. They told me to call their processor "Advantage"... Then Advantage told me they I can't get a refund and I must call abksoft for approval of refund. I called them, and they told me to call advantage again. Advantage told me to recall ABKsoft and they had nothing to do with it. Now I tried to call ABK soft, and their phone line is taken down. I can not even reach them anymore. I am very stressed out because of this.

Dont use this company, they are scammers, they take your money and give you a poor website, the basic 3d city and cheap looking chat rooms.When you want support they can either ignore you specially if u complain or take weeks to reply.The you tube software they have advertised as free for the last year doesnt even exist yet. The Free upgrades are only Free if you are super website genius, other wise you have to pay $300 for them to do it.
They NEVER refund, even when i asked the very next day.
They are russians and use many other names, including skadate and abledating.
Bewarned, do not waste your money on these scammers
