This company lies to people and takes there money.....I have just lost my home because they didn't do their job. The banks do have a modification departments and they do it for free......Just remember in life, If the offer is to good to be true, it probably isn't......They prey on the emotions of hard working family's that are down and out, due to the economy, and anyone that hears their bank is going to foreclose on their home knows what I am talking about. Please do not do business with this company, its a scary upsetting feeling to hear you have 60 day to leave your home....

At first I really liked the help I was receiving. Soon everyone that I had been referred to had either left the company or was on sick leave or whatever. At any rate I felt as if I was getting the run around. I have e-mailed several people at the company to see where I stand on my process with no responses. This company has $1500 of my money and won't return my e-mails. The number I had was disconnected or changed. I received foreclosure notice from my lender, even though I had been doing everything asked of me by Guardian. I first sent information to Guardian in December of '08. It is now July of '09 and nothing has been done. I contacted my original lender and they told me that I do not qualify for a loan modification based on my income even thought I sent the same info to Guardian and was assured they could get this to go through for me. I feel that Guardian should do as they advertise and promote and to keep in contact with their clients better and in a timely fashion.

Guardian Services Group has been extremely beneficial to me in assisting me in my loan modification with Wachovia bank. The staff at Guardian is very friendly and and very understanding of my current position. They are working diligently with Wachovia to modify my loan because they have been extremely responsive to all of my inquiries. My inquiries with Wachovia confirmed that Guardian is doing what they say they are going to do.
