This is a scam. I sent my money in and all the numbers go to straight to voice mail. I made a complaint with the flordia attorney office and dept of consumer services. They will get these guys. Theres always a paper trail.

Guys let me give you what I have found out at this point. I have a very close friend of mine that goes down to Boca Raton at least 2 times a month for business. Low and behold he was there this week so I asked him to pay a visit by their address @ 2385 NW EXECUTIVE CENTER DR. SUITE 100 BOCA RATON, FL. 33431. He went by on 11/4/09 and he stated that there was no business listed at this address as well as no Snack America labeled vans, no logos, nothing resembling Snack America at this location. From the beginning of seeing the website, I have been skeptical for the simple fact that the logo and phone number on the pictured van does not even look right. It looks to be placed on the van with a poor photoshop effort. You can't see the office. Everything is just too vague. As far as the guy who is supposed to be a distributor in the New York area, I called a number of schools in different districts. Not only have they never heard of him. They have never heard of Snack America. I also called schools in Boca Raton and got the same response. No one has heard of Snack America. As many of you, like Scott S., have done is asked questions of the guys like Geoffrey and Mike that they could not answer. After they tell you that they have distributors in certain areas and you ask for info on the business in that area, there is an excuse for you not to be able to verify. Yes we can call the government agencies as well as BBB or the Dept of Agriculture and find nothing derogatory about Snack America and that is fine. However this could also mean that no one has actually been able to act on them quick enough or the Snack America team has been buying time with excuses like van delays for the persons that they may have been able to dupe at this point. Another area of skepticism lies in the fact that you have to either wire money to their account or directly deposit it in their account. They will not accept CC transactions. This may be because they don't want anyone to be able to dispute the charges when they don't receive anything for what they have paid out. I could keep digging but right now unless some of these guys that claim to be distributors actually surface with some evidence, I will agree with Scott S. and call this one big HOAX!!!!!

OK OK Snack America is a HOAX !!!!!!!! I too was lured into believing they are legit and REALLY wanted them to be because times are tough .... which is what they are preying on !! I contacted them as all of you did and spoke with AL he gave me the pitch along with the fantastic money making opportunity then said that Geoffrey will call ...... He did BUT unfortunate for him I did a lot of research before he called. I called every Major School district in Los Angeles and NONE of them had ever heard of them !!!!!!!!!!!! What a surprise right !! BU T WAIT IT GETS BETTER !! I then asked him (just to set him up ) well how many distributors do you have working now ?? He said HUNDREDS !!!! Really I said !!! Great !!! Give me some names in my area so I can go see the operation ..... Silence ............... Well we just started in California nobody actually has a van yet we are just selling territories. Hmmmmmmm I said well I have a lot of time and money on my hands so give me a city where you ARE up and running he rattled off 4 or 5 I said GREAT since Phoenix was real close to me I yelled to my assistant to book me a flight to Phoenix today !! I asked for the names of the schools he was in and the distributors name and OF COURSE he couldn't give me one .... SOOOOOOOO I then said WHERE THE HELL CAN I GO TO SEE THIS IN ACTION !!!! GEOFFREY !!! HE SAID BOCA RATON IS THE ONLY PLACE YOU MIGHT ... LET ME REPEAT MIGHT BE ABLE TO SEE IT !!!!!!!!!!!! At that point I told him he was full of shit and hung up . After which I called the DA's office and the FBI Electronic Fraud Department to let them know. SO don't give these a-holes ANY MONEY !!!!!!!!!
