I was talked about behind my back by the HR personnel. I wasn't even an employee as of yet. My friend and I was going to start together and she was told I wasn't a "good fit" because I was a follower not a leader.They did not even know me well enough to have an opinion of me let alone enough information about me to form an opinion.
Further more when this incident was reported there was absolutely nothing done about it. The lady still works there and is probably still bad mouthing people she doesn't even know behind their backs.
As you can see not only do they have a problem with professionalism, they have a problem with pay. If you work expect pay apparently there moto is get them to work any way you can then shove them out the door before the first paycheck is cut and we keep the profits... before they learn what a shabbily ran company this is.
If you are a stay at home MOM or just someone looking for work please there are plenty of places you can work just do not do it here. The BBB needs to shut this place down.
