1st Pacific Capital is the best company i have ever did business with, hands down!!! GMAC was our current lender and we also shopped at Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase and our current credit union to obtain the best loan avaliable. 1st Pacific beat all by around .375% in the rate and educated us on how a mortgage rate works. Elenna & Jason you two are incredible at your ability to time the market as we just listened to your advise and we got a rate lower then what we ever excepted. Thank you for explaining to us the bi-weekly payment vs. a bi-monthly payment vs making the payment onnce a month. We have all the leverage now!
