the price was good BUT it took ac wholesalers nearly a month to ship

Bought a tankless hot water heater on line. Have bought quite a few in past from different vendors. ac wholesalers web page led me to believe that they had the unit in stock. they thanked me for paying immediately, and followed up with an email saying they could not ship for ten days....after several more days, a second email said they needed an additional 10 days. I emailed them requesting a call... no response. the unit is fine....but I will never patronize ac wholesalers again because their customer service to me was vastly insufficient.
As YOU read through the customer reviews, do you find a similarity among the
"fast free shipping crowd" ?
