I placed my order on 2/5/13. They told me it would ship in 2-3 days. On 2/12/13 I called to get the tracking information and they told me that the previous week they were updating their inventory system so nothing was shipped. When I placed the order, they never told me about any delays or inventory issues. Here is a blow by blow on each conversation - 2/12/13 - they promised me the order was shipping that day. 2/13/13 - I called to see it my order was shipped. AC said I would get an email that afternoon with a tracking number. 2/14/13 - I called again, AC said it was loaded onto the container and I would be getting the tracking number that afternoon. 2/15/13 - I forgot to call them, but assumed it was shipped. 2/18/13 - I called again and they said ABF did not pick up the container last week, but they would call me back. I spoke with Jessie and asked her to let me talk to a supervisor and Jessie began to laugh. I asked her if she thought it was funny that I was told my order was being shipped in 2-3 days and now it was day 14? I again asked for a supervisor and she said the floor supervisor was busy, so I asked to hold. Jessie said they could not let me hold.............DO NOT TRUST A WORD THAT AC SAYS
