They did what they said they would do

I purchased an LG Ductless Air / Heat system from them. I was nervous because the reviews were mixed. I paid and the product showed up as expected in a timely fashion. Everything was there in the boxes. The unit worked and the installation went well. So
as far as AC WHOLESALERS.COM is concerned they did what I expected them to do. I had questions and never had a problem getting through to people that seemed knowledgeable. I would buy from them again. For you home owners doing the installation here's a couple
of things I learned from and I had no experience. First, don't kink the copper lines and don't remove the red caps until you're ready to make the connection. Keep the copper pipes clean and if you re-flair the pipes don't get anything inside them even condensation.
This plays a big part when the HVAC guy comes out and brings the system up (yes, you'll need to pay someone to do this). Second, I under estimated the installation complexity and time. Make sure you take your time and plan on spending a few hours doing the
