I called to to order Mitsubishi Mini Split and talked with a very knowledgable sale person. He told me before I ordered to call and check stock on the items I was ordering. I called on a Monday to order and all was in stock. I was told it would ship in
1- 2 days. After one week I had received no tracking information so I called. He told me that the pad was not in stock and that is why it had not shipped. I asked him to remove the pad from the order and ship it. He told me it would ship the next day. I did
not receive tracking information the next day so I called again. They assured me it would ship then next day. I did not receive tracking information the next day so I called again. They told me that the disconnect box was not in stock and that was the reason
for not shipping. I asked him to remove the disconnect box from the order and please ship. He did and assured me it would ship the next day.....that day is today....I called and he assured me it would ship on Monday....Canceled order, it may be 100+ degrees
before I ever would receive this. When you read reviews on this company, you should believe them.
