HEAT STRIPS FOR THE UNIT WERE WRONG, DON'T SELL THE STRIPS FOR THE UNIT

Order was placed February 10th, 2014 for RQNLB036JK000 and the only set of heat strips that they had available for the unit RXQJC10J. I was told the unit would ship within 3-5 days. February 14 I was advised the unit was enroute and wouldn't arrive to
their warehouse until February 17th. February 17th I called and was told the unit was on backorder and it wouldn't arrive until the February 28th. Ironically, February 18th I received a shipped notification. The truck wasn't able to deliver the unit to my
house since they sent a rig that was over 15 foot to delivery it with a lift gate who refused to go down my driveway due to overhanging limbs. When the unit was unboxed the installer found that the heat strips DO NOT FIT THIS UNIT. I was told to call Rheem
who was closed due to the weather. I had to locate the correct part number online for the heat strips that fit this unit and as of today March 7th they still don't sell the correct heat strips. IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE, 1 MONTH AND RUNNING. 10 DEGREES OUTSIDE
AND MY 84 YEAR OLD FATHER STILL DOESN'T HAVE A FUNCTIONAL UNIT! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH THE CORRECT ACCESSORIES! I've seen other online companies trying to sell the same incorrect heat strips for this unit! Deal with
local people!!!!
