ABLE makes a great first impression but has horrible follow through. After a house fire with significant water damage, we were told by Able the job would take 3 months to complete. We moved into our home when it was 90% complete, after 4 1/2 months...not three as promised. TEN MONTHS LATER we are still without a working bathtub, have exposed fire sprinklers in the ceiling of our home, and have a $2500 refrigerator with damaged doors. Although our contract clearly states payment is due upon completion of the work, ABLE is holding the refrigerator doors hostage until they receive a payment from us. RUN, don't walk away from this company.
