Excellent customer support

Our children have been using AceReader for about a month and have shown noticeable improvement. However, what surprised us is the outstanding customer support! When we had questions on installation, Bernie went the extra mile to make sure everything worked
correctly and took the time to explain the program to us so we could maximize it's use. All too often, when we buy software, we're left on our own or have to turn to support blogs to troubleshoot issues. When we finally connect with someone in customer support,
the experience can be pretty frustrating. Not so with AceReader! What a great experience! We would recommend AceReader on customer support alone, but it's a wonderful teaching tool as well!
