I bought AceReader a few years back to improve my reading speed and retention. It worked great, but that's not what this story is about. Recently I started some more school and wanted to brush up, but I didn't have the computer with the software anymore.
I contacted AceReader and gave them my email to see if they could track down my order, it was late at night and I didn't expect an answer until at least the next day. Within a few hours, I got a response. They tracked down my order and gave me the link and
