APN THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
|
In July of 2012 after two biopsy's I was diagnosed with breast cancer and needed a lumpectomy followed by radiation therapy. Because we were no longer covered by my husbands medical we had to use every bit of our savings just to manage the cost. We then started to fall behind and the bank kept calling and harassing us. We didn't know what to do and they did offer a modification and sent us out a application. We did as we were told and sent out the documents requested to our customer service rep. We then waited for an answer. After about 3 weeks my husband tried contacting the young lady back and she stated that we never sent them to her so we sent them again. Two weeks later we received a letter from an attorney stating that we were in default and would be placed in foreclosure if we did not pay our entire delinquent amount. We didn't understand so my husband called the lady back and they had switched our file over to a different gentleman who said he was now our rep and that because we did not send the docs in on time there was nothing he could do.. When my husband was contacted by APN I could tell right away he felt comfortable and informed on how they may be able to help us. Our consultation was very professional and it didn't seem like they were pushy as we had enough of that from the bank and other companies. They saved the only home our two daughters have known, along with our dignity. We now pay a lower payment and they have helped get us back on track. My husband finally got a better paying job this month and I think the relief was a contributing factor. I was starting to loose my faith until we were blessed with assistance from APN. God bless them and everything they've done for our family!!
