Surprisingly great experience

I received a card in the mail saying that this company could either re-finance me or be able to get me a lower interest rate with a new car. I was very skeptical because usually I am told that i can get financed but end up with a very high interest rate.
My ID# for this is: 280957. I wanted to re-finance my 2011 Chevy Impala vehicle that I was paying with an 18+% interest rate and through this company I was able to drop my rate down to 5%. This is saving me loads of money! I am very surprised on how stress
free and how easy this process was. From beginning to end, it was very quick and "Chris" who was my case manager if you would call it that, was very professional and would call me to keep me informed on where everything was and if more info was needed. He
even called to remind me to send in the paperwork and even gave me directions to the closest drop-off location. I thought that was very cool. It showed me that the people in charge of your stuff really took the time out of their day to make sure you had everything
you needed to be able to get the paperwork filled out and sent off in a timely manner. Thank you for everything this company has to offer.
