My first experience with Alliance
Alliance sent me a letter in the mail saying that I was qualified to refinance my current vehicle or upgrade to another vehicle they sent us to Midway Nissan. My experience with Alliance was great and we traded in our current vehicle and got into a new
2014 Nissan Altima. I was so excited I had never owned a new vehicle in my life. Well two weeks later I called Midway Nissan because my current lender wanted the car payment and I told them I had traded in the vehicle they said no one had contacted them to
get the pay off amount so I called Midway and they told me they found a new lender and I needed to come down to sign papers. So I left work early to get to Midway and when I got there the finance people told me that I needed a co-signer. I asked them why did
they not tell me this before and what if I could not get a co-signer what would happen. He said we take your car and give you back your other vehicle. I could not get a co-signer I felt so bad because the finance guy and the salesperson treated me like I did
not exist after I gave them the car back I sat there in tears and nobody acknowledged me. They walked by me like I was not even there but when my husband and I were in the first time they were offering us water , food and they were all over us. This was the
worst experience I ever had. I called Alliance to let them know what happened and asked them not to send me any more letters.
