I did not choose to deal with this company, my mortgage was sold to these folks by Citi residential mortgage. I am facing foreclosure and the first thing i did was tell them i did not want to get a lawyer and could i get this done. After more than 90 days being jerked because of papers lost,asked for detail credits and debits to my account because of missing payments on october 21 2009. It is now Feb 2010 and have not been able to get anything but a foreclosure threat. The employers are generally well mannered but either they dont take notes or they dont read them. Very angry and thinking about legal action.
