IT'S SAD THAT I AM REQUIRED TO SELECT AT LEAST 1 STAR. This is nothing but a scam. We are being threatened with foreclosure due to THEIR mistake, scam whatever. I call it extortion and theft by escrow.
They placed lender insurance on my home while I already had it and refuse to remove it and credit my escrow account. Then they call harassing us about more money and reporting us as late payers to credit bureaus. I finally went totally off on that 'customer service' person and hung up, but I use the term customer service very loosely in this case for inability to use a different term!
We've now an attorney here in TX to take our case just last week and if ANY of you are interested in pursuing them or just assisting with information that would show a pattern, e-mail me @ kcchris9999@att.net or 409-504-8112. He looked over our papers and signed us up on a contingency basis. It just doesn't get any better than that. No games, trying to save some homes here.
