Thank you Isaac and the team at Amerifi for getting us a loan modification that is saving us more than $700 a month. A 3 percent reduction in our mortgage interest rate. I did not think it was possible, and we got it even though we did not interrupt our
payments. We didn't get the credit report hit and we will be able to stay here for years to come
