I was using another guy in a smaller company who promised to assist with my loan modification for my Bank of America loan, but 8 months after retaining him, i was no closer to getting my loan modification than i was day 1. I was super stressed out. It
was then thru a chance meeting that i met the folks at Amerifi Home Loan and they came to the rescue. I had an 11k mortgage and i was quickly falling behind. My income had decreased in the last few years and i needed to figure something out. The representative
that they put me with got down to business quickly. No deposit was required, they would get paid when i got the results they promised. They told me to just get them what they need and they would get it done. This meant tons of tax statements, bank statements,
utility bills and other various paperwork. i gave them everything they needed. They were very confident in their ability to get my loan modified, almost cocky, but 4 1/2 months later they backed up their promises. My loan went from 11k a month to under 5k.
They modified my loan from a 15 yr at 5 3/4 percent to a 40 year loan at 2 1/4 percent. The loan modification allowed me to keep living in my house and i no longer have to stress about the bank taking it away from me. It is funny how a random introduction
wound up saving me thousands of dollars and has allowed me to sleep peacefully once again. Thank you Amerifi.
