I will like to thank Mr. Michael Rockman and Amerifi with the professional service he provided to me and my brother with the modification for our house. He explain everything in detail and answer all our question that we had regarding the modification.
I will recommend Mr. Rockman to all my family members and friends. The first time I stop by Mr. Rockman office I explain to him our situation that in July of this year my brother and I hired a company to help us with the modification for our house I noticed
something was not right I will call them they never return our phone calls and what made the situation worse we gave 50% down as a payment for the service. So one day I stop by and ask to speak to the office manager and ask what was going on with the modification
and why no one never return my calls by this time it was almost the end of August 2013 no phone calls return and no mail from the bank or them so I cancel the service and demand for my money to be return. Mr. Rockman told me just bring the paper work and I
will look into it I gave him our paper work in Sept this year one month later are modification was approve my interest rate was 7.5% and know is 4.5% a savings of 650.00 a month I want to thank Mr. Rockman for the excellent service and professional service
he provide to my family thank you very much once again.
