The ending of my story
|
We started our loan modification in Sept 2013 and now we are in Mar 2014. Our house payment was %1950 a month. After all the time we spent with e-mails and faxing back and forth, I am proud to say GREAT JOB to all the staff at Amerifi Mortgage. It seemed
like a long road to go down but after all this time we received our final loan modification and have made our first new payment of $1245. The staff was great and answered any of my concerns right away. There was no waiting for days to be contacted it was within
an hour of my call to them for them to have any answer that I needed. The manager, Roger checked in with me once a month to make sure I was happy with his staff. The people that I would like to thank are, JJ Johnson, Jessica Osgood, and Joesph the gentleman
that made first contact with me. A very special thanks goes to Micheal Rockman, the person who walked me through the whole process from beginning to the end. Even when the final papers came to us, Micheal wanted to review them to make sure the bank was modifying
to the agreement that we had made. We are pleased to know that we will be staying in the home that we have raised our children in for many years to come. Thank you again, Amerifi for all the hard work you have done. I have recommended you to many of my friends
