7/31/2013 To Whom It Concerns: It is with great pleasure that I write this letter emphasizing how helpful Amerihope Alliance Legal Services was in helping me save my home and get a Loan Modification! I had been trying for years to work with American Services
Company(eventually bought by Wells Fargo)toward a modification. For over two (2)years I had been filing forms and papers, at their request, only to be told to redo everything and redate all information. I never got anywhere even after going to a Wells Fargo
Home Preservation Workshop twice. Finally through one of their deceptive tactics they were able to sell my home at the Courthouse. Fortunately, I was able to file a Bankruptcy to give me time to still attempt to save my home. Someway, I dont remember how,
but I was led to Amerihope Alliance. I called them and immediately they stepped in and got the Sale of my home reversed, without proceeding with the bankruptcy, and represented me from that point on. I am so thankful that my case was given to Paralegal Marie
Fernandez, who was like a God-sent Angel to me. Marie began to do all of my paperwork for me(correctly and timely) and gave me "room to relax and breathe". I have to admit, she gave me hope when I felt despair and pumped me up when I needed motivating! Amerihope
