I had a lot of misgivings about the possibility of losing my home. Shannon was very upfront and honest with me on what my options were, what could or could not happen. I did not feel like I was speaking with someone who would give me "pipe dreams." VERY
good at follow up. I received a voice mail and email every Thursday (whether there was news or not). This helped keep me calm as I was confidant that I was just not "another client" - although I am sure she has many. Thank you for being patient, answering
my questions, and walking me through the process. At the end of the process, the modification was approved and fairly "painless." Thank you Shannon!
