I've been a regular customer of Androtics Direct for over 2 years and have been nothing but satisfied with their products and services. In a perfect world, there would be absolutely no snafus in the realm of customer service, but on one rare instance, there was a problem with an order. I got in touch with their customer service, and the problem was rectified very promptly and to say it was above and beyond expectation would be an understatement. Not only was a misshipped item resent, an identical one was added as a token of apology and appreciation. With a comprehensive community forum where staff members and other consumers familiar and experienced with the products offered are very active and involved with offering support, tips, and advice, along with the stellar service given store-side, I would rate Androtics Direct one of, if not THE best online retailer I have ever had the pleasure to do business with.

Staff members and non-staff community members alike are doing everything possible to try to help this individual understand how things operate, yet a reasonable person can see he's refusing to grok reason here. It's not my intention to unfairly stack multiple positive reviews from myself as one person. I just find it disingenuous, dishonest, and downright vindictive of the negative reviewer to post this review while conveniently neglecting to mention the lengths that were gone to to try to help him out-- including staff members' offers to send him product FREE OF CHARGE to sample. Thank you.
