I have been a VERY happy Androtics customer since October of 2008 and I do NOT agree with the original poster of this review. I can clearly and honestly say that various awesome customer services has been offered to the OP, along with freebies just to show him how sorry the company was about him not being pleased with the service. However, after the awesome customer service reps at Androtics attempted various good gestures on their part the OP still could not appreciate all the good things he was being offered. I mean we're talking about receiving free products here, for nothing but a second chance at just showing him how trustworthy Androtics Direct is. So I feel that this user/OP is just out to give the company a bad name for who knows what reason because it sure CAN'T be for bad customer service.
Through the many months that I've been on this site I can NOT tell you of a time where Androtics has let me down, the shipping is FAST, the freebies ever going, and the loyalty everlasting. This is much more than a company, but a family with Androtics making us feel like they're offering us a second home. Yes, they treat their customers that nice, and I wouldn't be wasting my money on their products if I felt they didn't work or weren't worth it. Who would be so silly to spend all of their valuable time writing MANY reviews on these products with MANY of them getting results for nothing?
To end this, I assure ANYONE to try Androtics at least once, and see for yourself just how loyal this company is. I assure you once again, from a customer to a future customer that you will not be disappointed.
